UPDATING OUR PHOTOS - SEPTEMBER 2026
We are re-staging this home right now with all-new beds and furniture. New interior photography is booked for the week of September 22, and the updated photos will be live here by September 25 at the latest.

The bed configuration, room count and layout described in this listing are accurate and are not changing - it is the furnishings in the current interior photos that are being replaced, and everything coming in is new. Our exterior photos are current. If you would like to see the new interiors before you book, send us a message and we will pass them along the moment they are ready.

The Main House at Restoration Ranch sits on two landscaped acres of Tetonia ranch land with the full Teton range in front of it. Three levels, six bedrooms, and a family room on every floor - built so a large group can be together when they want to be and genuinely apart when they don't.

NO AIR CONDITIONING
As with most homes in the Tetons, this property does not have air conditioning. Our high elevation means evenings cool off nicely even after a warm day, and we've included our best tips for keeping the house comfortable in your check-in guide.

The Main House is entirely yours for your stay - all three levels, the kitchen, the great room, all three family rooms, the 800 sq ft deck with the hot tub, the heated 3-car garage, and the grounds around the house.

The Barn is a separate rental on the same property and may be occupied by other guests. Its indoor sport court and game lounge are not included with this listing - if you want both buildings and the court, book the Entire Restoration Ranch instead.

Owner storage is locked off and not available for guest use: one of the two primary closets, the gear room off the laundry, and the barn stalls. The private pond on the property is also not available for guest use.

A vehicle is essential here. Parking is plentiful, including a heated 3-car garage. Roads are county-maintained and plowed through winter, but AWD or 4WD with proper tires is strongly recommended November through April.

Grand Targhee Ski & Summer Resort is 36 minutes away (22 miles) and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort about 1 hr 5 min (46 miles). Grand Teton National Park's Moose Entrance is 1 hr 22 min (58 miles), with quiet, uncrowded trails right here on Teton Valley's own side of the range far closer than that. Yellowstone is reachable via the West Entrance in 1 hr 39 min (85 miles) or the South Entrance in 2 hr 18 min (102 miles).

Driggs is 18 minutes away, Victor 29 minutes, Jackson 1 hr 4 min, and Teton Village 1 hr 10 min. Regional airports include Idaho Falls (1 hr 11 min), Jackson Hole (1 hr 17 min), and Bozeman (3 hr 21 min).

PHOTO UPDATE: We are re-staging this home with all-new beds and furniture. Updated interior photos will be posted by September 25, 2026. The bed configuration and layout described in this listing are accurate and are not changing - only the furnishings shown in the current interior photos.

This home is not pet-friendly.

Exterior security cameras are in use on the property. There are no cameras inside the home.

Please keep exterior doors closed when not in use - the surrounding fields mean mice and insects will take any invitation they're given.

The indoor sport court and game lounge are located in The Barn, which is booked separately and is not included with this listing.

The private pond on the property is not available for guest use.

Included with your stay: STAY PROTECTION
Travel with peace of mind knowing your stay includes coverage for accidental damage. We believe your time here should be relaxed, comfortable, and worry-free.

MOUNTAIN CLIMATE - NO AIR CONDITIONING
Teton Summit View does not have air conditioning, which is common for many homes in Teton Valley due to our historically cool mountain climate. Summer days can occasionally become quite warm, but temperatures typically drop significantly after sunset, allowing the home to cool naturally by opening the windows. We also provide fans throughout the home to help keep everyone comfortable during your stay.
